Accounts and access
Sport Wizard provides public pages, demo experiences, member account features, paid access paths, and links into Hitwizard. Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and providing accurate account and billing information.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans, one-time purchases, checkout, invoices, subscription changes, and payment-method management are handled through Stripe-powered flows. Access to paid features can depend on successful payment, subscription status, and plan settings.
Advisory services
Tier 3 advisory requests are custom, high-touch services and may require separate scope, scheduling, and pricing. Submitting an intake form does not guarantee availability, roster outcomes, recruiting results, scholarship offers, performance gains, or medical conclusions.
AI and baseball guidance
AI responses are informational and should support, not replace, qualified coaching, medical, recruiting, or advisory judgment. Users should not treat AI output as a guarantee of player development outcomes.
Acceptable use
Users may not abuse the service, bypass access controls, scrape private data, submit unlawful content, upload content they do not have rights to use, or use the platform to harass, mislead, or harm another person.
