What we collect
Sport Wizard may collect account details, profile information, plan and billing status, advisory intake details, lead-capture activity, form submissions, support messages, and usage information needed to run the website and member dashboard.
If a visitor uses the demo or related AI features, Sport Wizard may process the submitted messages, selected role, and limited technical metadata needed to generate, secure, and rate-limit the response.
Hitwizard and uploaded media
Hitwizard workflows may involve athlete profiles, assessments, training plans, video links or uploads, coach notes, chat, reports, and related development context. Those product records should be handled only for coaching, account, support, security, and service-operation purposes.
Payments and vendors
Payment details are processed through Stripe. Sport Wizard stores payment and subscription records needed for access control, receipts, billing support, and accounting, but does not need to store full card numbers.
The site may use vendors such as Supabase, Stripe, email or CRM tools, analytics providers, and AI service providers to operate authentication, data storage, billing, notifications, analytics, and AI responses.
How information is used
Information is used to provide accounts, show tier-aware access, process plans, respond to support requests, send advisory requests, improve the product, detect abuse, protect the service, and comply with legal or accounting obligations.
Your choices
Users can update account details from the dashboard, manage billing through the billing flow, unsubscribe from marketing where available, and contact Sport Wizard about access or deletion requests.
